Shipping Fee
◎For a single order of RM100 and above, FREE shipping service in West Malaysia.◎For a single order of below RM100, shipping fee of RM6 will be incurred.
◎East Malaysia will be using Poslaju. First kilogram of RM13.75 will be incurred for Sabah address while Sarawak address will be charged RM11.90 for the first kilogram. The cost of the additional weight will be borne by us.
All East Malaysia's customers have to bear the shipping fee for the first kg no matter how much order being place.
Parcel Pickup Time
◎After you have made the payment before 12 noon and notify our customer service staff, we'll arrange parcel pickup on the same day.Parcel Receiving Time
◎West Malaysia: Estimate 3 to 5 working days by Skynet (Please ensure someone is available to acknowledge receipt of the parcel)◎East Malaysia: Estimate 3 to 7 working days by Poslaju (Please ensure someone is available to acknowledge receipt of the parcel)

Due to our company is located in Johor, in order to meet the latest Poslaju Courier 2014 service hours, please take note for the following important information:
1. Starts from January 1, 2014, Johor Poslaju Couriers’ off day has changed to Friday. Every Friday orders, if using Poslaju service, will be postponed to ship out on Saturday.
2. For the third Saturday of each month, Poslaju couriers are off too, which means two days of off days-Friday and Saturday (Johor).These two days orders if using Poslaju service, will be postponed to ship out on next Monday.
3.If Poslaju service time does not work with your pick up time, we would recommend you to remark to use the skynet courier at the comment of your order.
For shipment via Poslaju, the shipping cost will be calculated by us and confirm with the buyers.
